  • Rent collection and interface with client’s accounting system.  Set up computer system using Manage America or Appfolio if needed.

  • Annual plan for park maintenance, rent increases and sale of homes.

  • Supervision of on-site staff.

  • Rules enforcement and tenant issues.

  • Evictions – attend hearings, process court filings.

  • In-park sales on existing or new homes including rehab and marketing.

  • Represent client with local government on inspections or citations.
