Annual plan for park maintenance, rent increases and sale of homes.

Supervision of on-site staff.

Rules enforcement and tenant issues.

Evictions – attend hearings, process court filings.

In-park sales on existing or new homes including rehab and marketing.

Represent client with local government on inspections or citations.
