Parks Plus is owned and operated by James Rueter.  A seasoned business executive, James has over 30 years of experience in mobile home park management, mobile home park ownership and real estate sales specifically for mobile home parks.

With an MBA from USC, James provides his clients with a vast wealth of knowledge of mobile home park management and ownership. His past memberships include the Western Manufactured Housing Association (WMA), Manufacturing Housing Institute (MHI) and the Young President's Organization (YPO).

Based in Northern California, James has owned dozens of mobile home parks, managed scores more, and connected even more mobile home park owners with potential buyers to facilitate real estate sales for their properties.
